Obviously the most likely potential patient or customer to use your services after they visit your website is one who immediately calls your office or fills out a website form. However, the second most likely prospect is someone who visits your website but takes no action. They have already shown interest but have not yet pulled the trigger. Wouldn't it be great if you could follow up on these prospects?

There are two affordable, separate and different tools that can help you convert these prospects into patients/customers. One is called Ad Retargeting and one is called Email Capture (see below for more info). These two services have become our most popular services in the last year and over 40% of our clients have added one or both of these tools.

Ad Retargeting

Ad Retargeting has become a very popular service for many health care practices. You are probably familiar with how this works from your own internet surfing where you will visit a website without taking any action, but an ad from that website will follow you around in your future surfing. Studies show that Retargeting increases new patient phone calls and form submissions from those who have already visited your website.

For example, if you were looking at a shirt on a website and then you went onto CNN's website, an ad for that shirt will appear on CNN's website as a display ad. The more a potential patient or customer views these ads the more likely it is that they will come back to your website and convert. The Click Through Rate (CTR) of a retargeted ad is 10x higher than a typical display ad.

Email Capture

Email capture allows you to capture names and email addresses of potential new patients who visited your website but took no other action. Again, these prospects have visited your website already, so they have already shown interest in your practice and are likely to be converted into patients if they are just pushed a little. Using email capture, you will be able to build a growing prospect list and market to these prospects via email on an ongoing basis. We can generally capture the names and emails of about 35%-40% of your website visitors.

Email capture will send out an immediate email to these website visitors with a warm introduction including who in your office they should contact to schedule an appointment or to answer any questions (click here to see an example). In addition, all captured emails are then added to your email blast list for regular marketing emails on an ongoing basis (we will blast these out for you). Email capture has a very high return on investment (ROI).

Using both Ad retargeting and Email Capture will make sure that you are converting many more prospects into patients each month. For more information click on the link below to schedule a short online demo or call us at (800) 416-5235.
